Alipay has partnered with a number of Chinese universities and educational institutions to process your payment. Once your institution has partnered with Alipay, we can process payments for various programs and payment types, including tuition, application fees, housing, and more. What institutions and programs accept payment via Alipay?

Our payment partners support payments from approximately 200 countries and 150+ currencies. At present, we are unable to support payments from Pakistan and some other countries. Currencies available for payment are listed on the payment partner page (select country or region the payment will come from, enter the amount, and click Next).

What countries and currencies are supported?

Step 1 - Find your institution and select the payment partner to start the payment process. Enter the name of the institution you wish to pay or select from the drop-down menu. Select the applicable fee type. Select the payment partner to process your payment.Step 2 - Choose the payment method on the payment partner page. Enter the amount and country/region you are sending the payment from. Select your payment method on the payment partner page, which will automatically display the total amount in your local currency (based on the country/region you select to pay from).Step 3 - Enter payment details and send payment. Enter the payer&rsquo;s personal details. Fill out the information required by your institution. Review and confirm your information. Send your payment.Step 4 - Track your payment status on the payment partner page. You will receive a link by email that allows you to&nbsp;track your payment. How do I make a payment to my institution?

Alipay payment partners and its affiliates provide multiple payment methods including bank transfers and other online payment methods. Please note, the payment methods available depend on the country/region you are paying from and the institution/programs you are making payment to.

What kind of payment methods do Alipay payment partners offer?

Once the payment partner receives your funds, it generally takes&nbsp;3 business days to transfer funds to the institution&rsquo;s bank account.

Once I send my payment, how long does it take for the funds to arrive in the institution's account?

For each currency option, our payment partner will share with you the total amount due before you finalize your payment request. If you transfer funds in your local currency, the amount due will include all foreign exchange and fees charged by our payment partners (if applicable).

What's included in the amount I have to pay?

Our payment partners and their locally licensed partners offer competitive exchange rates. To compare our payment partner&rsquo;s rate with those of other products, it&#39;s important to use your personal bank&rsquo;s rate rather than rates found online. The exchange rates posted on many websites are &quot;mid-market rates,&rdquo; which are not always available to the average consumer. As exchange rates are in constant flux, please make sure you review and compare rates within a time frame of (ideally) one to two hours.

What exchange rate will my payment be subject to?

You will receive a link by email allowing you to track your payment and access your payment information. Your payment status will be updated after your funds have been received by the payment partner and delivered to your institution.

How can I track my payment?

Before canceling your payment, please ensure the funds haven&#39;t already been transferred to your payment partner. If you have already transferred your funds, contact your bank to have them stop the transfer. If the payment partner has already received your funds, you will not be able to cancel your payment. In such cases, you will have to wait until your payment has been received, and then contact the institution to request a refund. Please note that Alipay does not provide the ability to refund directly using your payment method and you will need to negotiate with your institution for a refund.
